Booking and Services

By making a booking through this website, you agree to the following terms:

• A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your scheduled experience date.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus a £25 administration fee.
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Participant Requirements

Participants in our activities must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility
• Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as advised
• Behave responsibly and with respect for the environment and other participants

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, difficult terrain, physical exertion, and remoteness from emergency services. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety, we cannot eliminate all risks associated with outdoor activities. Participants are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate personal travel and accident insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in these terms will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
• Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law
